تستمر المحاكم بجميع أنواعها ودرجاتها فى نظر الدعاوى والطعون التى تكون هيئة كهرباء مصر طرفا فيها إلى أن يتم الفصل فيها بحكم بات وفقا للقواعد المعمول بها حاليا وذلك دون الحاجة إلى أى إجراء آخر متى كانت قد رفعت قبل العمل بأحكام هذا القانون.
