تنشأ هيئة عامة تسمى "الجهاز المصري للملكية الفكرية"، تكون لها الشخصية
الاعتبارية، وتتبع رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ويكون مقرها الرئيس مدينة القاهرة،
ويجوز لها إنشاء فروع ومكاتب داخل جمهورية مصر العربية.
