يجوز إيداع مبالغ باسم من هم تحت الولاية أو الوصاية أو القوامة، كما يجوز إيداع مبالغ باسم الغائب بشرط أن يقدم من يقوم بالإيداع ما يثبت صفته، وتنظم اللائحة التنفيذية طرق إثبات الولاية على القاصرين ويجوز للصندوق قبول الإيداع من القصر المميزين وإعطاؤهم دفاتر للتعامل مع الصندوق بأنفسهم.
