يحدد مجلس إدارة هيئة البريد رسوم استخراج الشهادات وبدل الفاقد والصور وكذلك رسوم الصرف من غير المكتب المفتوح به الحساب على ألا يجاوز الرسم خمسة جنيهات.
وله أن يضع قواعد ينظم بها حالات تخفيض الرسوم أو الإعفاء منها.
