يصدر الوزير المختص اللائحة التنفيذية للقانون المرافق ، وكافة القرارات التنظيمية
ونماذج العقود والأنظمة المشار إليها فى القانون المرافق بعد أخذ رأى الهيئة العامة
لسوق المال ، وذلك خلال مدة لاتجاوز ستة أشهر من تاريخ نشر هذا القانون .
