Article 9 bis of the Companies Law

مع عدم الإخلال بحكم المادة (9) من هذا القانون، يجوز للمساهمين أو الشركاء عند تأسيس الشركة أو بعد ذلك إبرام اتفاق ينظم العلاقة فيما بينهم.
ولا يسرى هذا الاتفاق فى حق باقى المساهمين أو الشركاء ما لم توافق عليه الجمعية العامة غير العادية للشركة بأغلبية لا تقل عن ثلاثة أرباع رأس المال, أو بأغلبية أكبر فى الحالات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون.
