على كل شركة أن تعد سنويا قائمة مفصلة ومعتمدة من رئيس مجلس الادارة والعضو المنتدب بأسماء رئيس وأعضاء هذا المجلس وصفاتهم وجنسياتهم .
وتحتفظ الشركة بصورة من هذه القائمة ، وترسل الأصل الى الجهة الادارية المختصة قبل أول يناير من كل سنة .
ويجب أن تخطر الشركة الجهة الادارية المختصة بكل تغيير يطرأ على القائمة المشار اليها فى الفقرة الأولى بمجرد حدوثه .
