تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية ما يجب اطلاع المساهمين عليه قبل انعقاد الجمعية العامة العادية من بيانات تتعلق بمكافآت ومرتبات رئيس وأعضاء مجلس الادارة وسائر المزايا أو المرتبات الأخرى التى حصلوا عليها ، والعمليات التى يكون لأحدهم فيها مصلحة تتعارض مع مصلحة الشركة وغير ذلك من البيانات المتعلقة بالتبرعات أو نفقات الدعاية .
كما تبين اللائحة أوضاع ومواعيد ذلك .
