يجب على مجلس الادارة أن ينشر الميزانية وحساب الأرباح والخسائر وخلاصة وافية لتقريره والنص الكامل لتقرير مراقب الحسابات قبل اجتماع الجمعية العامة وتحدد اللائحة التنفيذية وسائل النشر ومواعيده .
ويجوز اذا كان نظام الشركة يبيح ذلك الاكتفاء بارسال نسخة من الأوراق المبينة فى الفقرة الأولى الى كل مساهم بطريق البريد الموصى أو بأى طريقة أخرى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية ومواعيد ارسالها .
