فى تطبيق أحكام القانون المرافق، يقصد بالوزير المختص الوزير المختص بشئون الاستثمار, ويشار إليه بالوزير المختص أينما ورد فى القانون المرافق، كما يقصد بالجهة الإدارية الهيئة العامة للاستثمار والمناطق الحرة, ويشار إليها بالهيئة أينما وردت ذكرها فى القانون المرافق.

لا يجوز أن تتولى شركات التوصية بالأسهم أو الشركات ذات المسئوليه
المحدودة أعمال التأمين أو أعمال البنوك أو الإدخار أو تلقى الودائع أو استثمار
الأموال لحساب الغير .
