اذا جاوز الاكتتاب عدد الأسهم المطروحة وجب توزيعها بين المكتتبين بالكيفية
التى يحددها نظام الشركة على ألا يترتب على ذلك اقصاء المكتتب في الشركة
أيا كان عدد الأسهم التى اكتتب فيها ، ويراعى جبر الكسور لصالح صغار
المكتتبين .
