Article 20 of the Companies Law

يجب أن تودع المبالغ المدفوعة لحساب الشركة تحت التأسيس في أحد
البنوك المرخص لها بذلك بقرار من الوزير المختص .
ولا يجوز للشركة سحب هذه المبالغ الا بعد شهر نظامها أو عقد تأسيسها في
السجل التجارى .
