يقوم المصفى بجميع الأعمال التى تقتضيها التصفية وعلى وجه الخصوص :
١ وفاء ما على الشركة من ديون .
٢ بيع مال الشركة منقولا أو عقارا بالمزاد العلنى أو آية طريقة أخرى ، ما لم ينص فى وثيقة تعيين المصفى على اجراء البيع بطريقة معينة .
٣ تمثيل الشركة أمام القضاء وقبول الصلح والتحكيم .
