يكون عزل المصفى بالكيفية التى عين بها .
ويجوز للمحكمة بناء على طلب أحد المساهمين أو الشركاء ولأسباب مقبولة أن تقضى بعزل المصفى .
وكل قرار أو حكم بعزل المصفى يجب أن يشتمل على تعيين من يحل محله .
ويشهر عزل المصفى فى السجل التجارى وفى صحيفة الشركات ولا يحتج به قبل الغير الا من تاريخ الشهر فى السجل التجارى .
