يشهر اسم المصفى واتفاق الشركاء بشأن طريقة التصفية أو الحكم الصادر بذلك فى السجل التجارى وفى صحيفة الشركات ويقوم المصفى بمتابعة اجراءات الشهر .
ولا يحتج قبل الغير بتعيين المصفى ولا بطريقة التصفية الا من تاريخ الشهر فى السجل التجارى .
