يجوز تقسيم الشركة إلى شركتين أو أكثر، ويكون لكل شركة من الشركات الناشئة عن التقسيم شخصية اعتبارية مستقلة بمجرد قيدها بالسجل التجارى.
وفى هذه الحالة يتبع بشأن تقييم الحصة العينية الإجراءات والأوضاع والشروط المقررة فى هذا القانون واللائحة التنفيذية بالنسبة لتقييم الحصة العينية.
