Article 129 of the Companies Law

تحل شركة الشخص الواحد وتنقضى شخصيتها الاعتبارية فى الحالات الآتية:
1 – خسارة نصف رأسمال الشركة إلا إذا يقرر مالكها الاستمرار فى مزاولة نشاطها.
2 – انقضاء الشخص الاعتبارى مالك رأسمال الشركة.
3 – الحجر على مالك الشركة أو فقده لأهليته.
4 – وفاة مالك الشركة، إلا إذا آلت الشركة إلى وارث واحد أو اختار الورثة استمرارها فى ذات الشكل القانونى وقاموا بتوفيق أوضاعها خلال ستة أشهر من تاريخ الوفاة.
