يجوز للقطاع الخاص أن يتملك أسهما في رؤوس أموال شركات التأمين وإعادة
التأمين المملوكة بالكامل للدولة ، وفي هذه الحالة لا تسري على الشركة أحكام قانون
هيئات القطاع العام وشركاته الصادر بالقانون رقم ٩٧ لسنة ١٩٨٣
