تتخذ جميع الشركات المخاطبة بأحكام القانون المرافق شكل شركة مساهمة مصرية وتسرى بشأنها فيما لم يرد بشأنه نص خاص فيه أو فى اللوائح والقرارات الصادرة تنفيذا له ، أحكام قانون شركات المساهمة وشركات التوصية بالأسهم والشركات ذات المسئولية المحدودة وشركات الشخص الواحد الصادر بالقانون رقم ١٥٩ لسنة ١٩٨١
