تتولى الهيئة الإشراف والرقابة على صناديق التأمين الخاصة وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون للوقوف على مدى سلامة مراكزها المالية ، وقدرتها على الوفاء بالتزاماتها وحماية حقوق الأعضاء والمشتركين والمستفيدين والتأكد من الالتزام بأحكام هذا القانون والقرارات الصادرة عن الهيئة .
