يلتزم رئيس مجلس إدارة الصندوق أو المدير التنفيذى له بحسب الأحوال ، بالإفصاح للهيئة ولأعضاء الصندوق عن أية أحداث جوهرية من شأنها التأثير على المزايا المالية التي يمنحها الصندوق لأعضائه .
