تكون مدة العضوية لعضو مجلس إدارة الصندوق ثلاث سنوات ، ويجوز تجديدها لدورة واحدة أخرى متصلة .
ولا يكون اجتماع المجلس صحيحا إلا بحضور ثلثى أعضائه ، وتصدر قراراته بأغلبية أصوات أعضائه الحاضرين ، وفى حالة تساوي الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذي منه الرئيس .
ويمثل الصندوق أمام القضاء وفى مواجهة الغير رئيس مجلس إدارته .
