تختص الجمعية العامة غير العادية للصندوق بما يأتي :
١– الموافقة على تعديل النظام الأساسى للصندوق .
٢– الموافقة على عزل مجلس إدارة الصندوق ، وتعيين مجلس إدارة مؤقت بما لا يجاوز عاما لحين انتخاب مجلس إدارة جديد .
٣– تصفية الصندوق أو إدماجه أو تحويل أمواله إلى صندوق آخر أو إلى وثيقة تأمين جماعية لدى إحدى شركات التأمين العاملة في جمهورية مصر العربية .
