على صناديق التأمين الخاصة المسجلة بسجلات الهيئة والتي يبلغ حجم أموالها عشرة ملايين جنيه على الأقل أن تنشئ لها موقعا إلكترونيا لتمكين أعضائها من الاطلاع على جميع البيانات والأحكام الخاصة بالصندوق ، ومنها أغراضه ومزاياه واشتراكاته والقرارات الصادرة عن إدارته وذلك وفقا للضوابط التي تضعها الهيئة .
