Article 49 of the Unified Insurance Law

لا يجوز لمجمعة التأمين المعنية أداء مبلغ التأمين إلى وكيل المضرور أو وكيل ورثته إلا بمقتضى توكيل خاص مصدق عليه صادر بعد تحديد مبلغ التأمين وفقا لنص المادة (٤٧) من هذا القانون .
ويجب أن يتضمن التوكيل قيمة مبلغ التأمين وبما يخول للوكيل حق استلامه من مجمعة التأمين المعنية أو الصندوق المشار إليه بالمادة (٦١) من هذا القانون .
