يجب التأمين عن المسئولية المدنية الناشئة عن حوادث مركبات النقل السريع المرخص في تسييرها طبقا لأحكام قانون المرور الصادر بالقانون رقم ٦٦ لسنة ١٩٧٣
ويشمل التأمين حالات الوفاة والإصابة البدنية التي ينتج عنها عجز ، وكذا الأضرار المادية التي تلحق بممتلكات الغير عدا تلفيات المركبات ، وذلك وفقا لأحكام وثيقة التأمين الصادرة في هذا الشأن .
