لرئيس الهيئة وقف أى نشاط خاضع لأحكام هذا القانون إذا تمت مزاولته دون
ترخيص ، ويجوز أن يتضمن قرار الوقف غلق المكان الذى تتم مزاولة النشاط فيه
بالطريق الإدارى .
