على الشركة أن تمسك حسابات خاصة لكل فرع من فروع التأمين على حدة .
ولمجلس إدارة الهيئة أن يكلف الشركة علاوة على ذلك بإمساك حساب خاص
لنوع واحد أو أكثر من عمليات التأمين التى تدخل تحت فرع واحد .
