على كل شخص طبيعي أو اعتبارى وأطرافه المرتبطة يتملك ما يزيد على (٥٪) وأقل من (١٠٪) من أسهم رأس المال المصدر أو من حقوق التصويت لأى شركة تأمين أو إعادة تأمين أن يخطر الهيئة بذلك خلال خمسة عشر يوما على الأكثر من تاريخ إتمام التملك طبقا للنموذج الذي تعده الهيئة لهذا الغرض .
