لا يجوز لأى شخص طبيعي أو اعتباري أن يزاول في جمهورية مصر العربية بالذات أو بالوساطة أى نشاط يتصل بالتأمين أو المهن والأنشطة والخدمات المرتبطة به أيا كان النظام القانونى المنشئ والخاضع له دون الحصول على ترخيص بذلك من الهيئة .
