يراعى بالنسبة للسجل المعد لقيد ذوي المهن التأمينية من الأشخاص الطبيعيين إفراد بيان بسجلاتهم يبين مدى مزاولتهم للنشاط من عدمه ، وفي الحالة الأخيرة بيان سبب عدم المزاولة .
ويعد شرطا من شروط قيد أو تجديد قيد أو إعادة قيد أى من المهنيين الطبيعيين بالسجل المعد لذلك بالهيئة الالتزام بقواعد وضوابط التطوير المهني المستمر الصادرة عن الهيئة .
