تعتبر كل شركة تأمين أو إعادة تأمين خاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون عضوا بالاتحاد بمجرد تسجيلها بالهيئة .
وعلى الشركة موافاة الاتحاد خلال خمسة عشر يوما بصورة من قرار التسجيل وبأسماء أعضاء مجلس إدارتها ، وتلتزم بأحكام نظامه الأساسي .
