تحدد الضريبة المستحقة على المشروعات متناهية الصغر من مشروعات الاقتصاد
غير الرسمى خلال فترة سريان الترخيص المؤقت وفقا للأسس الآتية :
١ - ألف جنيه سنويا للمشروعات التى يقل حجم أعمالها السنوى عن ٢٥٠ ألف جنيه .
٢ - ألفان وخمسمائة جنيه سنويا للمشروعات التى يبلغ حجم أعمالها السنوى
٢٥٠ ألف جنيه ويقل عن ٥٠٠ ألف جنيه .
٣ - خمسة آلاف جنيه سنويا للمشروعات التى يبلغ حجم أعمالها السنوى
٥٠٠ ألف جنيه ويقل عن مليون جنيه .
