تحدد الضريبة المستحقة على مشروعات الاقتصاد غير الرسمي التى يبلغ حجم
أعمالها مليون جنيه ولا يجاوز عشرة ملايين جنيه خلال فترة سريان الترخيص المؤقت وفقا
للأسس الآتية :
١ - (١٪) من حجم الأعمال بالنسبة للمشروعات التى يبلغ حجم أعمالها
ثلاثة ملايين جنيه ولا يجاوز عشرة ملايين جنيه سنويا .
٢ - (٠ , ٧٥٪) من حجم الأعمال بالنسبة للمشروعات التى يبلغ حجم أعمالها
مليونى جنيه ويقل عن ثلاثة ملايين جنيه سنويا .
٣ - (٠ , ٥٠٪) من حجم الأعمال بالنسبة للمشروعات التى يبلغ حجم أعمالها
مليون جنيه ويقل عن مليونى جنيه سنويا .
