Article 82 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

لا يجوز للجهات المختصة إيقاف الترخيص المؤقت الصادر وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب أو إلغاؤه أو غلق المنشأة إداريا إلا فى الأحوال التى يحددها هذا القانون .
ويكون وقف الترخيص أو إلغاؤه أو غلق المنشأة بقرار من الجهاز من تلقاء ذاته أو بناء على طلب الجهة المختصة .
وتلتزم الجهات المختصة باتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة لتنفيذ القرارات الصادرة من الجهاز فى هذا الشأن .
