لا يسرى حكم المادة (٨٠) من هذا القانون على الدعاوى الجنائية الخاصة بجرائم التهرب الضريبى التى تم تحريكها للمشروعات المسجلة ضريبيا قبل التقدم بطلب توفيق الأوضاع وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب. على أن توقف جميع المطالبات الضريبية والحجوزات الإدارية ذات الصلة بالنسبة للمشروعات الحاصلة على ترخيص مؤقت وفقا لأحكام هذا الباب، وذلك إلى حين تسوية مديونيتها الضريبية وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون .
