لمجلس إدارة الجهاز قصر استفادة المشروعات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون بالحوافز والمزايا والتيسيرات المقررة فى هذا القانون على المشروعات التى لديها حسابات مصرفية، ويتم التعامل عليها وفقا للضوابط التى يقرها الجهاز مع البنك المركزى المصرى .
