جهاز تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر هو صندوق ذو طبيعة خاصة، يتمتع بالشخصية الاعتبارية، ويتبع رئيس مجلس الوزراء، ويعنى بتنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر وريادة الأعمال وفقا لأحكام هذا القانون وقرار إنشائه .
