Article 56 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

لا يجوز إصدار قرار من الجهة المختصة قانونا بالوقف الإدارى لأى مشروع مرخص له أو غلقه إلا فى حالة ارتكاب مخالفة تستوجب الغلق قانونا ، وبعد إخطار الجهاز، وفى هذه الحالة تقوم الجهة المختصة بإخطار المشروع بالمخالفة وبالمدة المحددة لإزالتها، ويتم الإيقاف أو الغلق بحسب الأحوال إذا انقضت هذه المدة دون إزالة المخالفة .
