مع عدم الإخلال بالقانون رقم ٩٢ لسنة ٢٠١٨ بتنظيم وتشجيع عمل وحدات الطعام المتنقلة، يكون الترخيص بشغل الأماكن للمشروعات الصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر فى الأماكن التى تخصصها الأحياء وغيرها من الجهات الحكومية لتوزيع السلع، بمقابل رمزى لا يجاوز نصف المقابل المحدد لشغل تلك الأماكن .
