تعفى الأرباح الرأسمالية الناتجة عن التصرف فى الأصول أو الآلات أو معدات الإنتاج للمشروعات الخاضعة لأحكام هذا القانون من الضريبة المستحقة إذا تم استخدام حصيلة البيع فى شراء أصول أو آلات أو معدات إنتاج جديدة خلال سنة من تاريخ التصرف ، وذلك وفقا للشروط والضوابط والإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
