تحصل ضريبة جمركية بفئة موحدة مقدارها (٢٪) من القيمة على جميع ما تستورده المشروعات من آلات ومعدات وأجهزة لازمة لإنشائها ، عدا سيارات الركوب ، وذلك اعتبارا من تاريخ العمل بهذا القانون ووفقا للضوابط والإجراءات التى يصدر بها قرار من وزير المالية بعد العرض على مجلس الإدارة .
