Article 17 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

يجوز للجهة مقدمة التمويل عند تمويلها للمشروعات المتعثرة الاتفاق مع الدائنين المرتهنين المقيدة حقوقهم قبل منح التمويل بأن تتقدم عليهم بشرط أن يكون الاتفاق ثابت التاريخ ، وفى هذه الحالة تحل الجهة مقدمة التمويل محل الدائن المرتهن ويتم التأشير بذلك فى هامش القيد بغير رسوم ، وذلك على النحو الذى تحدده اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون .
