Article 13 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

لا ينتهى التخصيص المؤقت ولا يجوز إلغاؤه أو فسخه إلا بموافقة الجهة مقدمة التمويل أو حال سداد جميع مستحقاتها الناشئة عن عقد التمويل .
ويجوز للجهة مقدمة التمويل التنازل عن التخصيص المؤقت المقرر لصالحها إلى جهة تمويل أخرى وفقا للإجراءات التى تحددها اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون ، ويكون التنازل نافذا فى مواجهة الغير ودون اتباع أى إجراءات يقررها أى قانون آخر .
