مع عدم الإخلال بالاختصاصات المقررة لمأمورى الضبط القضائى ذوى الاختصاص
العام، يكون لمأمورى الضبط القضائى بالجهاز أو بالجهات الأخرى التى تحددها اللائحة
التنفيذية لهذا القانون الذين يصدر بتحديدهم قرار من وزير العدل بالاتفاق مع الوزير
المختص صفة الضبطية القضائية فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى هذا القانون .
