Article 108 of the Medium, Small and Micro Enterprises Development Law

للوزير المختص أو من يفوضه التصالح فى الجرائم المنصوص عليها فى المادة (١٠٤)
من هذا القانون، وذلك على النحو الآتى :
١ - قبل صدور حكم بات فى الدعوى، مقابل وفاء المشروع المخالف بمستحقات
الجهاز فضلا عن نسبة (٥٠٪) من قيمة التمويل .
٢ - بعد صدور حكم بات فى الدعوى، مقابل وفاء المشروع المخالف بمستحقات
الجهاز فضلا عن مثل قيمة التمويل .
ويترتب على التصالح انقضاء الدعوى الجنائية والآثار المترتبة عليها .
