يجتمع مجلس الإدارة بدعوة من رئيسه مرة شهريا على الأقل ، وكلما دعت الحاجة لذلك ، وتصدر قرارات مجلس الإدارة بأغلبية أصوات أعضائه الحاضرين وفى حالة تساوى الأصوات يرجح الجانب الذى منه الرئيس .
وللمجلس أن يدعو لحضور اجتماعاته من يرى الاستعانة بخبراتهم دون أن يكون لهم حق التصويت .
