تحصل الهيئة جميع الرسوم المقررة نظير نشاطاتها بمراعاة الحدود القصوى الواردة بجداول الرسوم الملحقة بهذا القانون نقدا أو بأى وسيلة دفع أخرى ، على أن تحدد اللائحة التنفيذية لهذا القانون فئات هذه الرسوم بما لا يجاوز الحد الأقصى لكل منها فى الجدول المشار إليه ويجوز لمجلس الإدارة مضاعفة تلك الحدود القصوى .
