أموال الهيئة المصرية للشراء الموحد أموال عامة ، ولها فى سبيل اقتضاء حقوقها اتخاذ إجراءات الحجز الإدارى طبقا لأحكام القانون رقم ٣٠٨ لسنة ١٩٥٥ فى شأن الحجز الإدارى ، ووفقا للضوابط والحدود المنصوص عليها فى أى قانون آخر .
