يكون تنفيذ الإكراه البدني بأمر يصدر من النيابة العامة
على النموذج الذي يقرره وزير العدل ، ويشرع فيه في أي وقت كان بعد إعلان
المتهم طبقا للمادة ٥٠٥ ، و بعد أن يكون قد أمضى جميع مدد العقوبات
المقيدة للحرية المحكوم بها .
